Kathleen BergenKathleen is an Executive leading a North America business unit Technology practice for a large consulting firm. She specializes in global IT transformation and operations across industries such as Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Medical Device companies. Her experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies on solution design, mobilization and delivery of programs across multiple locations. She demonstrates a deep understanding of global delivery models with a particular concentration on technology, systems integration, and application development / maintenance for mission critical technology solutions. Kathleen understands and builds on organizational design, culture, and structured governance to deliver outcome based results in a sustainable manner.

Throughout her career, Kathleen has held general management and executive leadership positions in the Technology Services and Operations arena. Her broad transformation and organizational design experience leading programs focused on global process design, governance and operations enable her to build client capability and efficiency.

Kathleen uses her deep understanding of all facets of IT transformation to position herself as a thought leader in big data and analytics.

Kathleen has served as an executive coach in the Robin Hood foundation and has contributed to the Innovative Leaders Workbook – Implementing Analytics Programs by Maureen Metcalf and James Brenza.

Kathleen was recognized by Working Mother Magazine as one of their Working Mothers of the Year in 2011.  She is based in the New York City area.
